These parts are joined together to form sub assemblies, which are then combined to provide various section of the vehicle including structural and load bearing areas.

Skin Panels Skin Panels define the exterior surface for a vehicle. These are the most vital parts of the vehicle as they provide the total visual impact, aesthetics and shape to the vehicle.

Exhaust Systems System consisting of the parts of an engine through which burned gases or steam are discharged is called Exhaust System. An exhaust system is usually tubing used to guide reaction exhaust gases away from a controlled combustion inside an engine. The entire system conveys burnt gases from the engine and includes one or more exhaust pipes. The set of parts and assemblies including the hot end, baffle assembly, catalytic converter make complete exhaust system.

Tools, Jigs & Fixtures The implements use to produce stampings are called press tools and the jigs & fixtures are used to weld them together to form assemblies and inspect them.

Chassis & Suspension Parts The set of parts and assemblies that hold the complete body of the vehicle are called chassis and suspension parts. These are essential systems of the complete vehicle from the perspective of both static and dynamic loading.

Wheel Assembly The complete assembly that comprises of the wheel rim, spokes and nipples, along with tubes, tyres and hub assembly forms the wheel assembly.

Steel Processing The shearing, slitting, cutting to size and blanking forms the processing of steel coils and sheets which is the first and foremost input for any stamping part and assembly.

Steel Fasteners There are various methods to join two or more parts together and steel fastener is one such means. The parts are joined together by threading the holes through which the fasteners provide the grip.

Special Purpose Vehicles Special purposes Vehicles are the customized vehicles, which are made as per Clients requirement. These are basically structures and bodies that are built by fabricating Steel sheets or Tubes together to produce Semi Knock Down (SKD’s) & Complete Knock down (CKD’s) kits. These are further assembled with axles, Tyres and other accessories or mounted on specific chassis, followed by painting.

1. Tubes & Tubular Manipulations
   The tubes are formed when the metallic sheets are rolled and edges are joined through welding over the entire length. These tubes are then manipulated to various sizes and shapes for various applications in the vehicles such as exhaust, chassis and various other members.
2. Fabrication
   It includes joining of two similar metals using various techniques such as MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas)/MAG (Metal Active Gas) for Heavy, Medium& Light fabrications respectively. There are numerous other processes also such as Submerged Arc welding (SAW) & Resistance Welding etc. The general process uses a filler material to join metals.
3. LPG & Air Cylinders
   The steel sheet post cutting is rolled & welded longitudinally. This is followed by the processes such as socket hole cutting & welding, circumferential weld, lug & support weld. The quality checks include X-Ray & Hydro test followed by shot blasting, metalizing & Painting.
4. Tailor Welded Blanks
   When two or more sheets of same or different thickness and materials are joined by laser beam to provide the desired strength or weight ratio in the vehicles, the blanks so formed are termed as tailor welded blanks.
