A part of JBM Cadmium Pvt. Ltd., CADMIND is a collaboration of JBM Group with Tata Technologies, Dassault Systemes and MSC Software. The courses at CADMIND target engineers and undergraduate engineering students and have been designed to acclimatise them for dynamic automobile, aerospace and manufacturing industry.

In the rapidly evolving Indian auto component industry, indigenous designing has gained great momentum. As a result, the role of design engineers is assuming greater significance, but the industry is currently lacking in skilled manpower to meet up this challenge. Presently, a crunch of around 8000 qualified design engineers is being faced by the industry. With a focus on design education, design simulation and engineering services, CADMIND is a great idea to have an edge over the others. A practical plan to be industry-ready, CADMIND is also a promise of skills enhancement by the top names in the industry.

A batch of around 2000 students will be selected in the first year through a rigorous selection process. Through the job-oriented training, the students will have practical exposure. Students will also have an opportunity to experience the real life industry problems and case studies. This aligns the overall learning process with the current industry scenario.
