Mr Nishant Arya, a graduate in
Business Management with the specialization in finance
and marketing from the university of Bradford UK, in
2007, has also completed judgment and
decision making management from London school of
economics in 2005. The kinetic Nishant Arya
simultaneously involved himself in the business to
receive the initial experience in the business
management.
Mr. Nishant Arya, Executive director, who looks after
diversification, new projects, branding and public
relations, has infused new energy in the functioning of
the Group by taking innovative decisions and creating
conducive environment for the growth and development of
the Group and its people.
Mr. Arya has made revolutionary improvements and
upgradations in further improving the business divisions
like auto component and waste management to make them
more competitive, focused and profitable. He has
empowered the Group by contributing in reorganization of
the group into profit centers.
An innovative person, Mr. Nishant, also initiated brand
transformation with the help of a top ranked
brand-consulting company on the occasion of silver
jubilee celebration of the Group. Revamping the Public
Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility of the
Group to enhance corporate visibility, integrate with
its philosophy, vision and values are some of the key
areas, which affirm the competency of young Nishant Arya.
In addition, by thinking outside the established
manufacturing box, Mr. Arya researched, analyzed and
identified new business opportunities in areas like
multilevel car parking, transportation, waste
management, design education, while maintaining the high
standards of performance and quality. Having a vision of
the business diversification from manufacturing to
service sector, Mr. Nishant Arya has set out to venture
into education sector by providing exceptional High-tech
design education, which will be the first of its kind
in the country.

Joint Ventures and MOU’s with Fanalca, S.A, Arcelor
Tailored Blank Lorraine, Tata Technologies,
MSC Software and
Dassault Systemes got the projects started
which have given his profile affirmation in the group
for the efficacy and innovative approaches.
