the year 2000. It is engaged in the manufacturing of
High Tensile Fasteners, Engine Bolts and other Special
Parts of Automotive and Industrial Applications. The
company is catering to all the major OEM’s for the past
over three decades.
Operations & Facilities
- Cold and hot forging facilities - Transfer
Headers for cold forging and Friction Screw Presses
for hot forging.
- Heat-Treatment is done by controlled atmosphere
Shaker Hearth Furnaces and Endo Thermic Gas
Generators.
- Tempering done in VFC furnaces.
- Facilities also include Micro Vickers and
Photographic Microscope.
- State-of-art-plant for the manufacturing Spokes
& Nipples
- Fully automatic PLC Controlled Plating Plant
with integrated facilities of RO Water Purification
and complete ETP Plant. The quality of plating is
ensured by Plating Thickness as well as by Salt
Spray Tests as per requirements.
