JAY BHARAT MARUTI LTD.
Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd. (JBML), a Public limited company, was incorporated in 1987 as a Joint Venture with Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL). Keeping pace with the steep rise in demand and quality of passenger cars and the fierce competition from the entry of international auto majors in the country, JBML had to continually expand its manufacturing capacity and capability. The capacity, therefore, was expanded in 1991-92 and in 1993-94. A new plant was set up in 1995-96. The capacities were further expanded in 1996-97, 2001-02 and 2002-03.
The world-class manufacturing capabilities include imported and indigenous press lines, robotic welding lines as well as plating and painting facilities.
JBML added capabilities to produce exhaust systems, axles and fuel neck fillers to the existing capabilities of sheet metal components and welded modules. With several awards to its credit and support of its partners the company stands posed atop a launch pad to the future fully geared to meet new challenges and is destined to touch new heights in excellence.

The Company was originally set up in the year 1990, mainly to manufacture Tools, Dies and Moulds at Faridabad. In the year 1993 the Company established a Press Shop for manufacturing of Sheet Metal Components and Welded Sub-assemblies to meet the growing stringent quality requirements of automobile industry. The company went for its first public issue in March, 1994.

The company was incorporated in 1995 to manufacture Automobile Components, exhaust systems and parts thereof. The company is equipped with latest tube manipulation equipment as well as special purpose welding machines for defect free and cost competitive manufacturing.
The company is a strong and reliable source of supply to various OEMs and other group companies.

The company was established in 2001 keeping in mind the requirements of customers in southern part of India and to meet the same on just in time (JIT) basis. The facilities available are press lines (upto 1000 tonnes), weld lines and ED coating plant, which are not limited to auto components but quite suitable for white goods industry also.
With barely 15% of the plot area utilized, the company has lots of opportunity and expansion plans on board.
Jaico Steel Fasteners Ltd. was acquired by JBM Group in the year 2000. It is engaged in the manufacturing of High Tensile Fasteners, Engine Bolts and other Special Parts of Automotive and Industrial Applications. The company is catering to all the major OEM’s for the past over three decades.

Thai Summit Neel Auto Pvt. Ltd. (TSN) is a joint venture company between JBM Group of India and Thai Summit Group of Thailand.
Having started its operations in April 2005, the company has latest and ultra-modern facilities in its various plants situated at Gurgaon, Hosur, Pune and Pantnagar. The facilities include Pressing, Welding, Pipe Bending, Painting, Special Purpose Machines (SPM's) and Powder coating machines.
Almost all major two-wheeler manufacturers (motorcycle and scooters) in India are companies esteemed and delighted customers.
A vast range of products includes many parts of the two-wheeler including Fuel tanks, various assemblies, guards, tubular frames and complete mufflers.
Our Thailand based JV partner, Thai Summit Group is a 30 years old group and comprises of more than 30 plants dealing in automotive parts and agricultural machine parts.
In India, TSN is poised to become No.1 in part supplier of components for two wheeler manufacturers across India.

THYSSENKRUPP JBM PVT. LTD.
The company was formed to supply sheet metal components to Ford India. Keeping in line with group thinking of "being where the customer is", the plant was set up within the Ford India Suppliers Park. It commenced operations in May 1999 and within a year started supplies for export to South Africa and Mexico. Exports to China commenced in Aug 2002. The operations have been expanded to supply chassis, suspension systems and fuel neck fillers etc to existing as well as new customers.
With ultramodern press lines, welding lines, fully automated Lead Free water based CED paint system and tool Room with in-house designing capabilities, the company has invested in flexible manufacturing facilities to meet increased customer volumes and future new product launches by Automotive OEM's.
NEEL METAL FANALCA ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT PVT. LTD.
There is a significant increase in Solid Waste generation in the cities over the last decade. This increase in waste generation has prompted the need to modernize and mechanize the solid waste management system so as to provide a healthy and hygienic environment for living and working. Looking into this potential, we decided to enter the solid waste management business and to manufacture the garbage compactor suitable for tough conditions.
Neel Metal Fanalca Environment Management Pvt. Ltd., has acquired Technology for the manufacture of Garbage Compactors from its Joint Venture Partner Fanalca S.A., Columbia who is engaged in manufacturing of Garbage Compactors and Solid Waste Management in various parts of the world since last 20 Years. Garbage Compactors manufactured by Fanalca are being used in many countries.
Today Fanalca is operating in many Latin American Countries, collecting more than 2700 MT of solid waste every day. Fanalca’s efforts are predicated on collaboration with French company, Vivendi, universally recognized as the leader in waste management, water resource solutions and public health. Since 1986, Fanalca is also manufacturing garbage compactors & stationary boxes under license from PEABODY GALION, USA.
Fanalca also has long experience in BRTS (Bus Rapid Transport System) and has been operating the Transmilenio System in the city of Bogotá, Columbia. They were instrumental in establishing the system and since then have been involved in running of the same.

JBM Industries Ltd. is the company from whose inception JBM Group started its journey in engineering field way back in 1983. Earlier known as Gurera Gas Cylinders Ltd., the company started its manufacturing activities by producing LPG Gas Cylinders for domestic and commercial use for all the major oil companies in India. At present company is also involved in manufacturing of vast range of products in diverse fields.

ANTB was founded in 2006. This company is a Joint Venture (50/50) between Noble International (formerly ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks) and Neel Metal (JBM group). The purpose of this company is the manufacture of Laser Welded Blanks in India.
Noble International is the world leader in Laser Welded Blanks with a global presence, having plants in 12 countries spanning 4 continents (US, Europe, Australia, China, Latin America…) This company has a strategic partnership with ArcelorMittal which owns 40% of Noble. Noble international is also producing roll formed parts for the automotive industry in the US.
Neel Metal is part of JBM group which is a key supplier for all OEMs present in India. JBM group with facilities all over India is supplying to his customers blanks, stamped parts, sub-assemblies and many other components.
