JBM Cadmind has signed a memorandum of understanding with the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies to open a centre of excellence for design engineering at its Dehradun-based campus.
JBM Cadmind has signed a memorandum of understanding with the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies to open a centre of excellence for design engineering at its Dehradun-based campus. JBM Cadmind is already Operating a centre at Manav Rachna International University's Faridabad campus, and has delivered training to around 1000 students. Nishant Arya, executive director, JBM Group and Parag Diwan, vice chancellor, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies inked the document to enter into this strategic association. Speaking on the occasion Arya, said, "The automotive and engineering industry requires about 10,000 design engineers while the current avaailability is only about 1,000. There is a huge talent gap that requires to be bridged. Supported by our strong partners, we will soon expand to more cities in northern India."
